Rajasthan, 03 Aug : The solar power capacity in India has experienced significant growth, with Rajasthan leading the nation in solar power production, closely followed by Gujarat. As of June 30 this year, the country’s cumulative solar power capacity has surpassed 70 GW.
In a written response in the Lok Sabha, Minister of New and Renewable Energy and Power, RK Singh, highlighted that the installed solar power capacity has more than doubled, witnessing an impressive addition of over 35 GW during the last three years and the current year.”
