POONCH: At least 43 people were injured after a house collapsed in Poonch, Jammu and Kashmir, on Wednesday. The incident occurred during a funeral procession when the attendees had gathered inside the house. Rescue teams rushed to the spot and pulled out the injured from the debris. The injured were immediately shifted to the nearest hospital for medical assistance. Authorities are investigating the cause of the incident, although preliminary reports suggest that heavy rainfall and the dilapidated condition of the house may have contributed to the collapse.
