Apr 15 : The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has summoned Arvind Kejriwal, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief, in connection with an alleged corruption case. However, the AAP has come out in defense of Kejriwal, with senior leader Sanjay Singh stating that if Kejriwal is corrupt, then it implies that no one in the world is honest. Singh also accused the BJP-led government of targeting opposition leaders and using the CBI for political vendetta. The summons has come at a time when the AAP is gearing up for the Delhi municipal elections, and the party has vowed to fight the legal battle.
