SRINAGAR, August 12th: In what appears to be a tragic incident, a CRPF soldier was discovered deceased within a camp situated in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. The authorities suspect it to be a case of suicide.
Preliminary reports indicate that Sepoy Ajay Kumar’s lifeless body was found in the Chursoo area of Awantipora, South Kashmir, following the sound of gunshots around 2 am. While investigations are ongoing, officials are leaning towards the possibility that Kumar took his own life.
The local police have taken immediate action and are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding this unfortunate event.
