Srinagar, May 8: Following the closure of schools in Ramban district, the Doda district administration has also issued an order for school closure today due to the persistent heavy rains in the area.
DC Doda, Vishesh Paul Mahajan, stated, “In light of the current heavy rainfall, as a precautionary measure, we have instructed the closure of all schools, including both government and private institutions, across the district.” The announcement was reported by GNS.
However, the DC clarified that any ongoing exams would proceed as scheduled, unaffected by the closure.
