Jaipur, May 8 Tragedy Strikes as IAF’s MiG-21 Fighter Jet Crashes in Rajasthan’s Hanumangarh District, Resulting in Two Civilian Fatalities; Pilot Escapes Unharmed
In a tragic incident, an Indian Air Force (IAF) MiG-21 fighter aircraft crashed in the Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan on Monday, causing the unfortunate loss of at least two civilian lives on the ground, according to local authorities.
Thankfully, the pilot of the aircraft managed to safely escape the crash, as confirmed by District Collector Rukmani Riar.
The incident occurred in the vicinity of Dabli area in Hanumangarh. Additional Superintendent of Police, Jassaram Bose, reported that at least two civilian casualties have been recorded.
Further details regarding the crash are currently awaited as authorities continue their investigation into the matter.
