MUMBAI, June 27: The International Cricket Council (ICC) has unveiled the schedule for the upcoming 2023 ODI World Cup, set to be hosted in India. The tournament is set to kick off on October 5, featuring a face-off between the 2019 finalists, England and New Zealand, at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The Indian cricket team will commence their campaign against Australia on October 8 in Chennai, followed by a highly anticipated match against Pakistan on October 15 in Ahmedabad. With a total of 10 teams participating, each team will engage in a round-robin format, competing against the other nine teams. The top four teams will advance to the knockout stage and semi-finals. The grand finale of the tournament will take place in Ahmedabad on November 19.
