Jammu and Kashmir : Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha inaugurated 576 newly constructed residential accommodations for PM Package Employees in Baramulla, Bandipora, Ganderbal, and Shopian. In his speech at the event, Mr. Sinha emphasized the government’s commitment to creating adequate facilities for the prosperity of employees.
He also addressed the issue of Kashmiri migrant families and acknowledged their pain, saying that the government is working with the right intent to complete the construction of residential accommodations on priority. He added that the administration has taken various initiatives to expedite the process of construction of housing units for PM Package employees and that two thousand more flats will be completed by December this year.
The Lieutenant Governor also spoke about the progressive reforms introduced to boost infrastructure, employment generation, and ease of living in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
