Kathua : A young girl from Kathua district in Jammu and Kashmir has expressed her wish to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi through the ‘Meri Bhi Sunlo’ campaign launched by the government to encourage citizens to share their ideas and suggestions with the PM.
In a video message shared on social media, the girl, whose identity has not been revealed, can be seen appealing to PM Modi to visit her school and interact with the students. She also expresses her admiration for the PM and his initiatives, including the ‘Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao’ campaign and the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’.
The ‘Meri Bhi Sunlo’ campaign, which translates to “Please listen to me too”, is part of the government’s efforts to engage with the public and seek their feedback on various policy initiatives and issues of national importance. Citizens can share their suggestions and feedback through various channels, including a dedicated toll-free number and a mobile application.
The girl’s video message has gone viral on social media, with many people hailing her initiative and expressing their support for her wish to meet the PM. Several political leaders and public figures have also shared the video and praised the girl for her enthusiasm and courage.
Kathua, located in the southern part of Jammu and Kashmir, is known for its scenic beauty and historical significance.
