New Delhi, June 12 : During a campaign rally in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, Congress national General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra accused Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan of having a longer list of scams than Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s instances of abuse. Addressing a large crowd, Priyanka Gandhi alleged that within the span of 220 days under the BJP government led by Chief Minister Chouhan, a total of 225 scams were reported in Madhya Pradesh. She criticized the BJP for the series of scams, high unemployment levels, and accused them of conspiring to overthrow the previous Congress government. Priyanka Gandhi also questioned the timing of Chief Minister Chouhan’s announcement of the “Ladli Behna Yojana” just months ahead of the upcoming Assembly elections, highlighting the BJP’s 18-year tenure in power and the delayed implementation of such schemes. She further criticized the BJP for allegedly exploiting religious sentiments for their vote bank, urging the people of Madhya Pradesh to consider the actual state of affairs and make informed decisions about their future.
