Srinagar, Aug 03: Srinagar’s Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) for traffic, Muzaffar Ahmad Shah, has issued a public notice citing a court order, urging 7,366 vehicle owners to settle their pending e-challans by August 09. The notice, which includes a list of vehicles with pending e-court challans, warns that failure to comply will result in stern action, including impounding of vehicles and possible cancellation of registration. The traffic authorities have circulated the list among the general public, advising the vehicle owners to appear before the Court of Special Mobile Magistrate, Traffic Srinagar, for resolving the challans by the specified deadline.
